Num

We made food for a photo shoot at work, and these are my tiny lemon muffins. They are VERY NUM. The glaze is made using both lemon zest, lemon juice, and for work, I added a drop of super concentrated lemon essential oil, so it turns out just the right combination of crusty, sweet, tangy and lemony. I eat about 4 of these at a time. But I want to eat more.
